Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LiveStreamCC, provided by Omnia Data Analytics LLC.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LiveStreamCC for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Viewer mode can be used without an account; some features require a verified email address.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance by our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual cycle, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or manage your payment method anytime from Settings → Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan's features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Hour top-ups are one-time purchases added to your current billing month.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a renewal payment fails we will notify you and retry before downgrading your account. We may change plan prices with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Plan limits & fair use

Each plan includes defined captioning time per day and per month, shown on the pricing page and in the app. Limits are enforced automatically. We may suspend accounts that attempt to evade limits, abuse the free tier, or interfere with the service.

Your content

Your audio and transcripts remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them — streaming audio to speech-to-text providers, generating translations or summaries you request, and storing transcripts you choose to sync. You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully capture and caption the audio you select.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Third-party services

Captions, translation, and summaries are produced with third-party AI providers, and payments are processed by Stripe. Transcription is automated and may contain errors; caption availability and accuracy are not guaranteed and the service should not be relied on where accuracy is critical.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

LiveStreamCC is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia Data Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LiveStreamCC.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
