Omnia Data Analytics LLC (“we”, “our”) operates LiveStreamCC. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how it’s used.

What we collect

Account. To create and secure your account and enforce free daily limits, we collect your email address, a securely hashed password, and your email-verification status. We also record how many seconds of transcription you use each day and a device fingerprint hash that helps prevent abuse of the free tier.

Audio and transcription. To turn speech into captions, the audio from the source you select is streamed through our backend to a third-party speech-to-text provider. We collect only the minimum telemetry needed to run and improve the service.

Transcripts. By default, transcripts are saved locally on your own device rather than on our servers, and you can delete any transcript at any time.

Provider keys. If you choose to supply your own speech-to-text provider API key, it is stored in your operating system's secure credential store, and you can remove or replace it whenever you like.

How we use your data

Only to operate, secure, and improve LiveStreamCC. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad networks.
