Quick fixes

No captions appearing? Open the audio source picker on the Home screen and run the built-in test — a green “working” result confirms the right device is selected. If you're captioning a stream you're watching, make sure the audio is actually playing through the selected output device.

OBS shows a blank browser source? Regenerate the browser-source URL from the OBS setup screen in the app and paste the new URL into OBS. The app shows a live “OBS is connected” indicator once the source is receiving captions.

Payment or plan issue? Open Settings → Subscription in the app to manage your plan, update your payment method, or open the Stripe billing portal.

Locked out of your account? Use a recovery code on the two-factor screen, or the password reset link on the sign-in screen. Account recovery emails come from noreply@livestreamcc.com — check your spam folder.

Reporting a bug

Email us with the subject “Bug report” and include: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and the app version from Settings → About. Screenshots help a lot.
